I booked in for shellac removal & reapplication. I had a dark colour on initially & it wasn’t removed from the edges of my nails properly. The only thing that happened was my nails were filled & this was done extremely bad. The tops weren’t straight & the residue/rough edge was left on them. The polish was put straight on & clung to the rough edges, meaning I had to file myself to get them to look somewhat decent. The application of the shellac was terrible. It was a lighter pink colour & left extremely patchy, had lumps in it & parts of the brush was left on one nail. After 4 days, the nails have all chipped & peeled off in sections. I booked here as the time suited me, I should have waited for a later time in my usual place & been late. Wasted money unnecessarily. Never will go back!

Did not enjoy the experience at all, an intern washed my hair and really hurt my neck pushing it back and forth had a pain for days after.. I told them I needed to sit up for a while after the wash..the treatment was also very sore as my hair was combed quite aggressively..my hair was limp and greasy afterwards..children wer running around the salon from upstairs (presably staffs)and it felt like I was walking into someone’s home not business. I will not be going back to this salon.
