This is my second visit as I see this place as a good value for money yet this time I was with Neela and my nails look unfinished. There are gaps and she did not do a neat job. She didn’t seem to put effort into it at all. The treading was okay, yet, I wasn’t asked about the desired shape, they hair was not trimmed before threading and I let with a little bruise in between my eyebrows and tomorrow is my birthday :/ in some areas not enough tint was used and in others it was used too much. They don’t remove the hair afterwards so I was left with all the hair in my eyes. I’m not sure if I’d come back unless I get a different member of staff

I booked in for shellac removal & reapplication. I had a dark colour on initially & it wasn’t removed from the edges of my nails properly. The only thing that happened was my nails were filled & this was done extremely bad. The tops weren’t straight & the residue/rough edge was left on them. The polish was put straight on & clung to the rough edges, meaning I had to file myself to get them to look somewhat decent. The application of the shellac was terrible. It was a lighter pink colour & left extremely patchy, had lumps in it & parts of the brush was left on one nail. After 4 days, the nails have all chipped & peeled off in sections. I booked here as the time suited me, I should have waited for a later time in my usual place & been late. Wasted money unnecessarily. Never will go back!
