Therapist was extremely rough & I had swollen eyelids until the next day. Phone calls taken on loudspeaker during treatment & someone came into the room during treatment. The therapists bed was a plank & extremely uncomfortable. Was supposed to take almost 2 hours but was finished in 1hr 20mins. Would never use this venue again.

I had a Dermalogica prescriptive facial. My therapist was pleasant and professional and the facial has really made a difference to my skin
