this place has a cheek to charge 160 euro for this treatment. the staff were in training and no one told me what was happening . at one stage I was told to leave my chair as it was needed by someone else and I had to float around. the poor guy that was assigned to me has no clue what was going on and it wasn't his fault at all. but I felt sorry for him as the lady on the desk hardly gave any instruction. I had read that the treatment was then washed out and blowdried to reveal lovely hair. but no it was flat to my head agter straightening and i had plans after and it looked so bad. there was no customer service. pablo and Pedro were nice guys just got no guidance and I felt I was in the way. 160 euro for such a sh*thole. disgrace that they are allowed on treatwell... it gives it a bad name. 160 is far too much. the salon was all over the place and I felt like a second class citizen there like I was in the way. it ruined my weekend and bank balance. disgusted.

I love this salon, the staff are welcoming and attentive. It’s a hidden gem in the heart of the city centre. I get my hair and nails done here. It’s excellent quality service and value for money. Can’t recommend it highly enough!!
