Just being honest, this is not the colour I wanted it's the same shade i was eager to avoid. Last time I booked in, paid and arrived no stylist was there. Sorry Irma but you need to ask in advance not assume. It's flat as a pancake sadly.

If there is sth less than one star I will give it , nasty place with very very rude stuff they literally shout at you when you request something and explain what you need . Avoid it if you want a pleasant experience
