I went for an updo which turned out awful… it felt like there was no technique used at all for a slicked back ponytail with curls. It was lumpy and far from smooth and slicked back. I genuinely was shocked when I looked properly in the mirror. The curls in the ponytail were fine but they didn’t hold. She used two old elastic bands to fasten my hair instead of bobbins… causing a huge amount of breakage. €85 for terrible service and poor quality … and breakage I would never go back
