My hair wasn’t blow dried properly it was blow dried with her fingers not a brush. It was frizzy and then a straightener was put on it. Was frizzy as soon as I left the salon. Extremely disappointing

I have never had such an experience in a hairdressers in my life. I felt embarrassed because of the way the hairdresser spoke to me on front of other customers. I will never return again and advice others to do the same. I am absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received
