love this salon so much and I will never go anywhere else!! but I think the masks and plastic divider makes it really difficult to talk while getting nails done! I asked if the nail technician could "draw a little heart" on my second last fingers and she put tips on them, then a heart. I should have said something but was fine with how they looked. Maybe it would be best to 100% clarify what the customer wants before committing? Love my nails regardless! <3
