Booked on the 8/2/22, i called the shop before i rang as they dont except cash, i asked them what i would put through on the app in order for me to have the right amount paid, they said shellac and removal us what i needed as it us the same.. i actually wanted acrylic extensions removed and shellac after.. thats why i rang,i got there and sat down..and was told i booked the wrong thing, thst they could not do me today, i explained that i rang and showed the phone call log on my phone they said we have been here all day. I explained i spoke to a lady they said that no one spoke to me, and they couldn't do my nails,i have been to salon express about 6 times kn the last 3 months. Ive even recommended friends, i left salon express and went to vip nails 2 mins away, and they were so accommodating, i would advise customers to go to vip nails as salon express has become unprofessional.. theyve lost a good customer.. not happy
