Didn't actually get a blowdry because I was left for over 30 minutes sitting with wet hair and a towel on my head. Ended up leaving after 45 minutes in the salon and in that time only my hair was shampooed. In future, if your salon is running behind phone the clients to explain there's a delay because I wasn't the only client left sitting way past their appointment time. Not one bit happy!
