I never leave bad reviews but unfortunately I've left after my appointment very upset. I pulled up my jumper and she immediately said "oh you're pregnant" . I proceeded to tell her no im not, and she apologised but I was very took back. For reference I'm a size 10, can get bloated and I am goin on holiday this week. She has made me feel so self conscious. She also asked me to hold my stomach up whilst she waxed, I've had loads waxes before and have never been asked to do this. Very upset

I've become addicted to salon express lately, I'm there every week either having my nails done or a spa pedicure or just a blow dry, couldn't recommend the salon enough

I’ve extremely thick hair disaster to blow dry but Pauline L is absolutely brilliant very professional does an amazing job and a lovely lady and the blow dry lasts !!
