Outstanding blow dry that will last the week. Calming washing of my hair accompanied by gentle music. I watched a mindful video of the swans in the Sean Walsh Park. I walked out of the saloon totally relaxed.. In short it was an excellent mindful way to start a very busy day I.e. before I cooked for the family.
