Annie filed all of my nails unevenly even after I repeatedly asked her to even them out. The right side of all nails was filed right down to the nailbed but not on the left. All nails were thinned too much when removing previous gel and now my nails have bent, split and cracked, both horizontally and vertically. They are now also very painful to touch. The polish started to lift on some nails after only a few days. I have had gel nails for 13 years from other salons and never had an experience so bad.

After I was turned down by all salon in the area nuno took up on the challenge to try and save my hair I had been doing box colour so my hair was of every colour from reds to green . I had my head fully striped an olaplex treatment and a full head of colour the all process took near 5 hours and I paid just over 200 euro for it but I left the salon with a most beautiful medium ash blond ... Nuno he's very friendly chatty and a master hairdresser;) highly recommend can't wait to go back .
