The staff were run off their feet but at no stage did I have any concerns over hygiene. I even heard a member of staff instructing a customer to ensure their mask covered their nose, not just their mouth. The treatment was very good, I got exactly what I asked for, but the tops of my balyage are a little blunt, I would have preferred a more subtle run into the colour.
