I have never left a bad review in my life but the experience was the worst I have ever encountered. I have a lot of hair and they are healthy. My hair are strong and naturally curly. The head massage was painful.She cut my hair after she had dried them, which I never experienced before. She straightened them so much that she basically burned them. After two months I'm still paying for the consquences with expensive keratine treatments. I'm sorry but the experience was beyond bad
