I went in to get a blow dry before a christening on Sunday. Pauline did what was suppose to be a curly blow dry. She did what she thought was a blow dry and instead of doing a curly blow dry she began curly my hair with a straightener then went on to charge me €30 euro for this, even though I ended up taking the hairdryer and brush from her and fixing my hair myself! I then had to go home and redo my hair myself all over again!! Absolutely fuming is an understatement!! Never ever again!
