I had booked in for an appointment for a spa pedicure at 2pm but was left waiting for 45 minutes. Granted it was a Saturday afternoon and was busy but nobody said anything to me about how long I had left to wait or when would I be seen to. I thought that if you had an appointment you were seen to first as it says on they're website, but apparently not so you can just walk in and still be seen to appointment or not. When I eventually did sit down for my treatment it was ok they did apologise but it was an hour later. The girl who did my pedicure was nice but a bit rough but my toes were nice at the end of it. Overall it is a nice place but I'd recommend going at a quieter time unbeknownst to me, you'll be stuck waiting for a long time when it's busy.
