I’ve been going to the salon for over 8 months ... with my last set of gels nails 4/5 popped off during a 4 week period (I was charged €6 outside or two weeks for one nail to be replaced!). I’ve never had an issue until now!! This has been a very disappointing customer service experience for me. They also charged me an additional €5 on top of the €40 as 5 nails needed to be replaced when getting refills. This is not good business Connie. Very disappointed for being treated so shabbily, especially being a regular for lots of treatments ..... 😞🥺
