I was running late but was able to ring up and push it back 15 minutes. Staff were so nice about it as it was a busy night but everything went well as always! Already booked in for my next appointment!

I was originally booked in for a haircut and perm. But Shoo explained to me that my hair was in mostly good condition but in one area up the top he was afraid my hair would snap and therefore wouldn't recommend getting a perm. I was obviously disappointed but appreciated his expert advice and so we went ahead and just washed and cut my hair instead. Shoo was very kind and he explained about the perm in a very respectful way (I've had a bad past experience with hairdressers being very brass and dismissive) and to me that made the world of difference! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Salon express to anybody. it has a huge amount to offer and is a very clean salon. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming and for someone who has anxiety surrounding hairdressers visits it really was the perfect environment. Shoo did a fantastic job on my hair and all in all I felt very at ease during my entire visit. Extremely happy with my experience!
