The salon itself is lovely and I found it very pleasant if very quiet. I had a pedicure which initially seemed great. I noticed that the lady nicked one of my cuticles but I didn't pay too much attention at the time as I didn't realise how bad it was. However when I got home I realised the severity of the cut and how sore it is. In addition there are areas of dry skin on my feet that weren't removed or addressed. In addition they only accept cash which is inconvenient and also gives an unprofessional impression. Overall I'm disappointed and won't be returning.

I got both my nails & hair done here. I was happy with my nails & they have lasted very well (2 weeks acrylic).. got my hair done the following day, I had blonde in the bottom of my hair which was gone a rusty color, I was not expecting the color to lift completely blonde on this day.Throughout the treatment I was unsure as to what exactly was going on & on talking to professional hair dressers elsewhere it seems that my hair was actually striped an the color that came out in my hair - was something that should of took 3 weeks to achieve. I also was concerned about the reason I had to keep my head in the baisin for over 40 minutes while the stylist done some sort of ātreatmentā which was horrendously sore to the point I had to ask that they stop. I have never felt pain like it & no other hair dresser I have spoken to has heard of it. When I asked what they were doing I was told āitās to blend the color inā.. this was not a toner treatment as that came afterwards. Very painful experience. My hair is in terrible condition since and I am now currently in a different hair dressers trying to get my hair color corrected as well as several treatments to try an ease the damage which was caused. It would seem my hair was striped which I was not aware of - kind of explains why I was sitting there for actually half the day. Which was also surprising. This was only 2 weeks ago so a lot of money wasted. I have never spent more than 2/2 and a half hours in a hair dressers. Also, I never get my hair cut. When my hair was dried, I could not help but notice that it was literally like chewing gum. I got the stylist to cut it because I allowed for the blonde to make it dry but since this, I have had to buy several products to try an help - I am currently having to get over an inch taken from off my hair today as a result of the damage. Hate to leave such a review but would hate for anyone to have to go through this process & the amount of money wasted. I will not be back here.
