Nail chipped after first day. Called to arrange an appointment to fix the nail and they wernt going to schedule an appointment as they were too busy to fix one nail that would take 10 mins. I had to stand my ground and explain I wasn't going my on hen with chipped nails. Had to leave work early to have the nails fixed as I was flying the next day. They fixed the nail and not one apology. The same nail along with 2 other nails chipped 2 days later. I didn't think gel polish could chip

She told me water was cold and had to boil kettle for bath. Don’t mind cold water but a simple solution to get it fixed rather than hassle of kettle, Aldo, Lisa didn’t do cuticle work and use a base coat which is what I expect in every pedicure,
