I keep being bombarded by appointment reminders and other emails fro treatwell despite asking both the salon and treatwell several times to take me off their system, as I don’t even live in Ireland. Every email I have sent has been completely ignored. Terrible customer from both.

+ Beautiful building and interiors. Clean environment
+ Rebecca was friendly
- Only explained the first step in the process so I had to ask what was coming up next and about the products used and aftercare. The treatment took an hour longer than 1.5 hours as advertised
- Smoothing treatment has not been as successful as I was expected. Perhaps too little product applied to cover each strand ? (I have had other keratin treatments previously and this is the least effective)
