I had an amazing experience at Kalu. Rebecca immediately understood the kind of hair I have and interpreted the style I wanted in a way that was both stylish and manageable for me at home. She was quick and efficient. The salon was clean and I felt that all protocols were being followed. I received a warm welcome from Ben even though I wasn't his customer. He always makes a huge effort to be friendly.
