- Only explained the first step in the process so I had to ask what was coming up next and about the products used and aftercare. The treatment took an hour longer than 1.5 hours as advertised
- Smoothing treatment has not been as successful as I was expected. Perhaps too little product applied to cover each strand ? (I have had other keratin treatments previously and this is the least effective)
