I've been going to Salon Nova since it opened and I can say with all honesty I have never had a bad experience. The team are so talented and very friendly. The stylists really listen to what you would like and expertly carry out the style you described. I always trust their judgement as well if they feel a tweak here and there to what you have requested would look better. I can not recommend Salon Nova highly enough.
