My first time at Salon Nova - Kyrstie was so welcoming, professional, helpful and attentive throughout my appointment. She advised me on nail colour and shape as I wasn't sure what I wanted and I adore the end result. They were also very accommodating and managed to fit me in last minute for my Christmas appointment even though I'm a new customer! 100% will be back!

Krystie is a truly kind, lovely person who remembers her clients and their personal preferences. She's given me a beautiful manicure on 2 occasions both of which lasted an exceptionally long time. I will definitely be back!
