My visit was good on the 16th October but Clare wasn't there. But on the 27th September I was sent an email which was Double booked I went for my original time of 3.30 ,and was told I was late and addressed in the salon in not a very nice way I'm a customer since they opened and never had a problem ever, all staff are lovely so this surprised me I was upset for the rest of the weekend

Iv been coming to this salon for few years now and highly recommend it staff are just wonderful work very hard at keeping there clients satisfied with there treatments.
