As always my experience was marvellous. The stylists are so friendly and accommodating, I love my haircut and colour so much, it's a safe place for queer and neurodivergent people and easy to access in a wheelchair.

Hi I have going to Salon Nova for over ten years and I all find them very friendly obliging and most of all extremely professional, I would highly recommend them.Jennie is a very helpful person and all pulls out all the stops to welcome you and make your experience very enjoyable. Amazing time as always. Staff are incredible here and my hair is always perfect. They are very considerate and very professional. As a natural brunette, they are able to take my hair to a perfect blonde each time
