Booked appointment for full head of colour and a cut on long hair. Was only able to do top of head colour and roots (due to previously colouring too dark) - but still paid full price on a full head of colour. The haircut was not was asked although having tried to explain what was wanted. There are no layers, which was requested multiple time and none of the requirements I asked for with my curtain bangs or tips were done. I left a bit disappointed unfortunately.

As always excellent service from start to finish all the staff are very friendly Jenny is excellent at her craft feel safe to allow her to change the style of my hair she knows it and me very well. Highly recommend this salon.
