I recently moved to Ireland and this was my first cut and colour outside my hometown stylist in the States--it was the best cut and colour of my life! I couldn't be happier. Chelsea was a dream-- she looked at my reference photo, realistically talked me through what needed to be done to get my colour close the to reference, and delivered!
