Lynn was all of the above. The salon are really looking after their customer's and have great protocols in place. There's a lovely energy & buzz in the salon! Everyone is well trained or being trained well!

Had a colour and haircut done this Saturday. The colour was performed by Sarah and the colour looks amazing! Thanks for that!
HOWEVER the haircut was done by Jenny. I do not understand how she can have good reviews. I asked about simple straight cut and this is what I’ve got - see pictures.
Everything is cut unevenly and I look horrible. I cried the whole day. She was talking the whole time with her colleague and a customer and I can see now that she did not pay attention to my hair! NEVER E
