Sarah did a fantastic job. She also made the experience very relaxing and friendly. Her colleague Lynn washed my hair and she was very friendly, kind and gentle too. I observed both Sarah and Lynn interact with other customers in person and over the phone. At all times they were professional and curiosity. One of the things I like most about this salon is that there is no personal chat among staff across the floor that is common in most salons.
