When I walked into the salon, I expected to be greeted with a friendly smile but instead got just a look. The girl left me standing drying myself off after spray tan for 15 minutes. So I had to turn off the machine myself as she never returned. When I walked out she was applying makeup to a client. Lack of attention and poor customer service skills.
