Had the hour long express hair and makeup done. It was longer than the hour but that is my only complaint. Very enjoyable experience and delighted with results. The girls were so easy to deal with in terms of explaining what exactly I wanted. There was lots of banter and the experience was fun! Will definitely be making Rouge my new salon!
