Booked for a curly blow-dry - was advised to instead get ghd curls - i had specifically said they don't last for me and would rather the blow-dry but was talked around and assured that they would. Appointment was at 9, was done and all by 9.35 and my hair was indeed straight and flat by 10 had to attempt to straighten it. Booked for a weeding that was at 1 - had to re-do my own hair - waste of money and a disappointment
