I was incredibly disappointed with this entire visit, ophe was so nice but I felt rushed the whole time. I have long hair, I wanted a cut, some layering and a blowout (with a blowdrier) and I was completely ignored..I stopped the stylists during the drying process because they were doing it straight, the rude head stylist said my hair is “too long” to do a blow dry.? They used a straightener to curl it..looks uneven and flat now! I objected the whole time but got no where, felt so upset leaving
