Vaso did an excellent job as she always does. However the experience would have been better if more effort was put into making the atmosphere more relaxing. Perhaps some relaxing ‘beauty spa’ instrumental music? I could also hear the staff talking loudly outside the room. This takes away from the experience. I have noticed this before and often thought that the music was like something you’d hear in a shop or pub rather than something relaxing. I’m mentioning it now because I’m a frequent customer and you can be sure that I’m completely satisfied with Vaso’s work. I just wish the atmosphere was more relaxing!
