Went there for a pedicure and manicure. I know accidents happen but the girl doing my pedicure cut the cuticle of me causing it to bleed. After paining my nails, she had to redo the one that was bleeding as the blood came through. It was very sore and 3 days later is still sore. She was very apologetic but the part that really ticked me off is that they gave no discount which I thought was bad customer service. I went in for a treatment and came out with an injury,

I had terrible pain in my cuticles after the preparation for shellac. I had to soak them all n iced water to relief the swelling. Not a pleasant experience.
