They took me as a walk-in. Extremely polite and friendly staff! Elizabeth is a lovely person and hairdresser. I went for a dry cut short bob and Elizabeth gave me a perfect one 🩷 They know what they're doing. Will go there again for when I'm in the mood for a new color or some life-changing conversation ✨
Very friendly and helpful staff. Professional environment and for my first time getting my hair bleached it turned out very healthy. Only critique is despite the friendliness being a nice icebreaker and beginning to a healthy client and hairdresser relationship, boundaries are important. I shared the recent passing of my brother, and it was responded to with “that was for a reason.” I understand the attempt to be comforting, but I cant imagine every customer will take it way. Overall positive experience and will be going back.
Got a walk in wash, cut & blowdry by Kevin. Extremely professional and kind, made me feel so comfortable and welcome! He walked me through each step and left my hair looking and feeling amazing!
Elizabeth and her sweet husband took me in as a walk-in while I waited for my train. Sweet husband (forget his name) gave a great shampoo / scalp massage. Elizabeth was so much fun and a total blow out pro. Did you know if you blow on the roller brush it creates more volume??!! I did not! It works! Garrett - you really do make a tasty coffee. Thank you to the whole salon for a spontaneously fun and great visit! I will be back!! ❤️
Great skill at hand here with perming being practiced from the 80’s/90’s era ! Elizabeth & Yannis and rest of team provide spectacular service here. They make you feel welcome from the moment you step through the door & you are heard when you say what you’d like. They have made great efforts to perm my stubbornly straight hair, with a lot of care and patience. all of this is much appreciated.
