Stumbled upon this place in dire need and with no appointment after my friend gave me a botched haircut. Yenni welcomed me at the door and Elisabeth was so kind, reassured me everything was going to be okay and sorted me out there and then. I can’t recommend this hairdressers enough.
They took me as a walk-in. Extremely polite and friendly staff! Elizabeth is a lovely person and hairdresser. I went for a dry cut short bob and Elizabeth gave me a perfect one 🩷 They know what they're doing. Will go there again for when I'm in the mood for a new color or some life-changing conversation ✨
Very friendly and helpful staff. Professional environment and for my first time getting my hair bleached it turned out very healthy. Only critique is despite the friendliness being a nice icebreaker and beginning to a healthy client and hairdresser relationship, boundaries are important. I shared the recent passing of my brother, and it was responded to with “that was for a reason.” I understand the attempt to be comforting, but I cant imagine every customer will take it way. Overall positive experience and will be going back.
