Ce n’était pas très agréable. Pas de discussion. Pas de délicatesse dans les gestes du coup assez douloureux. Besoin de 5 couches, de refaire plusieurs pour la pose, quelques réflexions déplacées selon moi et pas de conversation. Le prix est cependant attrayant.

My appointment for gel nails was for 6 o’clock I never got seen to until 7 o’clock. During my treatment my skin was cut from the nail file to which the woman doing my nails said “sorry they’re new files”. Although they may be new files I don’t think anyone anticipates being in pain or someone continuing to file where they have been cut. The extensions were placed on sloppily, the edges were not fully stuck down to my nail. The paint was sloppily applied and didn’t cover my whole nail. The shape wasn’t consistent in all my nails. They were lumpy and uneven. After four days of my nails being on one of them had already came off and another was loose. I also have scabs around my cuticles from where the file cut me.

I made an appointment for a gel refill. I arrived five minutes early. I waited for 35 minutes total and my technician never arrived. Other staff weren't able to reach her on the phone either. Extremely disappointed.

The spa was nice. Unfortunately I was kept waiting for 30 mins before being seen. There had been some mix up with appointment times and so I wasn't seen until 2pm (appt was at 1.30). The technician was sick that day so seemed to be a bit flustered as appointments needed to be cancelled and there were 3 interruptions during my appointment with staff coming in to the room and asking her to speak to other customers.
