Went for a shellac removal, manicure, and a fresh shellac. When the technician did my cuticles, she cut off too much skin and my cuticles were bleeding for 24 hours. I told them that I'd wait for the cuticles to heal and come back in 1-2 days for the shellac. Wasn't even annoyed until one of the managers there started to throw attitude at me saying "polish goes on the nails and not the skin" -_-
