I was delayed 25 mins-app 3 pm finally seen at 3.25. Girl was hassled no English at all . I explained that one nail was not to be touched but she did not understand . Manicure v poor . One nail smudged but it could not be put right — client had arrived !! Generally very disappointing and I have been going there for. Couple of years but not anymore
