The staff are always friendly, but unfortunately my last 2 visits were disappointing. The first time, my cuticles were done so badly that I the client sitting next to me ended up asking the manicurist for the cuticle nippers so we could fix our own cuticles ourselves. I gave the salon another chance, but now after only 3 days, my Shellac manicure started chipping, even though it should last 2–3 weeks. The service is great, but the manicure quality, especially the cuticle work, needs improvement.
