Disappointing first experience. I apologised for arriving 5 minutes late, but felt unwelcome throughout my appointment. There was little help choosing a colour despite asking, and I ended up settling for something I didn’t really want. My cuticle was also cut. I shared my feedback before leaving, but there was no acknowledgement. Customer service matters, and sadly this wasn’t a positive experience.
