I had my appointment at 10 am, and was offered tea/water upon arrival, the lash artist I think Gisele (I didn't get her name) was very kind, she asked me exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it done, and I feel like she really listened but still doing what was best for my features, she was so patient and detail-oriented, my lashes ended up taking more than 2 hrs. This place is now my favourite place to get my lashes done! ❤️
