Lashes look ok but not what I asked for and not like the reference photo either. This has happened now the past 2 times I’ve been there

The salon is lovely and I loved how my lashes turned out, they’re really beautiful this time and I feel so confident with them. The staff are also lovely and they’re really accommodating with me as I don’t really know much about lashes. I would recommend to a friend ☺️
