The result was okay, but the shape I previously had wasn’t respected, even though I came for infills. The salon environment wasn’t the best either — staff were complaining, which felt unprofessional. Also, they asked me twice to change my appointment time, even an hour before, despite me clearly saying I couldn’t due to work. Clients’ time should be valued more, and booking slots should reflect the actual availability of the professionals.

I had such an amazing experience getting my lashes done with Yoseli! From the very beginning, she was so professional and kind — she asked me what kind of shape I wanted and even showed me inspiration pictures to make sure we were on the same page. I really appreciated that extra care.
The final result was absolutely stunning. I went for a cat-eye style, and it turned out perfect — exactly what I was hoping for! It looks so natural and elegant, just the right amount of drama!
