I paid in advance for the 1st and last time. I was late and I give plenty of notice and even got a taxi to get there faster. Honestly, it’s not my fault two clients are booked in the same ‘60minutes to be fair (one stylist only), I had no colour to do… only cut and blow dry🤔the second customer came 20 minutes or earlier after me…the blow dry was poor and not complete. I washed and restyled immediately at home and noticed that the layers are choppy (I have 3a hair), proper “holes” somewhere.

As always my nails are perfection after Sophie does them. I always come in with mad ideas and Sophie always does her best with them. But they always look deadly!
