I had a rather frosty greeting at the door from I assume,the manager lady. Susie was lovely and polite,but under too much pressure. There were not enough therapists for the demand. However,I am happy with my toe nail treatment. thank you.

I was removing BIAB manicure, it was not completed removed and I only saw it was when I got home. I feel like you get punished for not doing another manicure. And I needed my nails to rest.
